Born in Rome Italy, where he was schooled in fine art, Carlo Sdoya later moved to South Africa and made his home in Johannesburg, running an art studio - the Da Vinci School of fine art. Studying further with the likes of Durant Sihlali and tutoring several other prominent artists.
This captivating scene, captured with thick pallet knife work, is beautifully executed and the photos just can't quite do it justice. Such vibrant colours that transport you away to an exotic location.
